ROAC is non-profit organization created for the two fold purpose of preserving the Filipino cultural heritage and providing incentives and assistance to the artistically gifted Filipinos.
ROAC serves as a venue for encouraging, showcasing and recognizing the artistically talented Filipinos primarily young students. ROAC also stands as the clearing house of information and data of the diverse culture of the various Filipino indigenous groups where these groups can also freely express, share, explore and further deepen their respective cultural practices as they find what is common among them as Filipinos. ROAC eventually hopes to bring to the attention of the rest of the globe the world-class talents of Filipino artist and the socio-historical significance of the diverse Filipino culture through publications.
